(scented and sweet onions from Tropea simply baked and lightly dressed)

Tartare di manzo con burrata, salsa verde e scaglie di parmigiano
(beef tartar with burrata, green sauce topped with parmesan cheese)

Zuppetta di sedano rapa, crema di pomodori confit e anelli di porro fritti
(mooth celeriac soup, confit tomatoes cream with leek ring)

Tagliolini con ovuli e tartufo
(homemade thinner tagliatelle simply dressed with butter, fresh local mushrooms and truffle)

Agnello alle erbette aromatiche con pomodorini secchi e filamenti fritti di patate
(amb flavoured with a special scented sauce of aromatic herbs and garnished with dried cherry tomatoes and fried potatoes filaments)


Galletto con vinaigrette al rosmarino e misticanza
(cockerel salad with rosemary vinaigrette and season greens)
